First exam paper strats tmr morning at 9am! Human Biology 102 Practical!
Spent the earlier part of my morning down at the anatomy lab going thru stuff that might come out for tmr's paper. Saw buckets of brain, kidneys and cadavers...hahaha....hung out with Aaron and Vanessa for some peer testing. I guess it was pretty productive, it was good to reinforce the stuff that has been learnt. I feel that u learn and understand stuff better when u actually discuss and go thru it with ur friends. It's a reciprocal kinda cycle- u help them they help u in areas that u're waker in....well...then if u're the smarty pants, then u just get to reinforce whatever u've leart. Especially when u learn how ppl use various techniques to memorise and understand their stuff....it can be pretty hillarious, but it really stays with u! (eg: like how gentics plays its part in altruism....arghhhh....thanxs to Aaron for the tip! hahahah) Vanessa, this really sweet aussie chick was so funny.....she's like kinda blur sweet gal...but she learns fast alright,it was good fun hanging out and revising with her.
I'm just hoping and praying that all goes well for me tmr. I really hate the topic on the brain, espcially when they ask for the functions of the various parts.....irrtating man, i just keep getting so confused and mixed up! So much for studying abt the brain....i think someone needs to study my brain to see if its still alright!!!! *sulks* Saw think really weird alien like model of part of the brain...and we were like...what the heck is that thingy! I would have to say that I feel pretty prepared for the paper tmr, yet again, I don't want to be overly confident. U never know what those evil examiners would ask! *evil stare*
At this point in time, all i know is that I'm just gonna spend the rest of my afternoon going thru the whole practical shit one last time and have an ealry nites sleep! All the best to me and may i have the clamness, clarity of mind, wisdom and knowledge for the paper tmr! Good luck to Ja Ja! hahahaha....
