I swear if I gave them one punch, they'll just fall flat on the ground, and they'll be so bruised coz they barely have anything covering their bones! *gross* I mean...does the typical Singaporean chick really need to rely on such 'shortcuts' to achieve weight loss??? Frankly in my personal opinion, I think it's a real sad case...pathetic! For one, despite my size, I'm an anti-slimming pills/centers person; I believe in doing it the long hard way, nothing beats the proper method of good diet and exercise! (ok, I know I sound like some idiot who's like trying to promote healthy living and stuff...well I'm just stating my opinion!)
As the diet-slimming retailers and industries are grinning and laughing, racking in the profits...are the consumers happy inside? Women are their own worst enemy!
Pills, fat burners, slim wraps, tummy trim, Extrim, whatever trim...and the list goes on...Do ppl actually think that these stuff work??? For goodness sake...do u actually believe that those ppl in slimming center's commercials lose 14kg in 2 weeks??? I tell u as a sports science student, if u lose that much in 2 weeks, u must be crazy...its certainly a bad move, prolly does u more harm than good! Since the very day I touched down in SG, I've been like freaking busy - meeting up with my mates, spending quality time with my family and just doing stuff that I've missed while in Aust. Super tired....and this upcoming week is equally as packed!!!! I mean its good and all, but seriously it takes alot out of u!
Just attended my cousin's wedding dinner last nite at Rasa Sentosa...was simple and nice. Food ain't that bad too...just sad that there was no shark's fin...coz they were nature lovers and yea...anti-killing sharks kinda thing! Not that I'm not against it...just that...it just seems nice to have it once in awhile! hahahah!
Anyway, as i was sitting at the table with the rest of my cousins, it just suddenly dawned upon me how freaking old i am already. Not that young anymore! I know its still kinda early to be thinking abt such stuff considering that i still have to complete my uni degree. But it just struck me that i'm already 21 years old and if i were to plan to get married at my desired 26-28 years old age....that leaves my with only abt 5-6 years to find the right lifetime partner for me....come to think abt it, it's really scary! It doesn't really help to know either that some of my friends are even tying the knot as early as 22years...thats a freaking year older than me only! WTF! Yea, so for that spilt moment, i was like in a daze, wondering what would be installed for me down the road...Well, I'm leaving in into God's hands for now....hahahha!

Used to be an avid knuckle cracker since my primary school days....cut down a hell lots already after realising that my joints actaully grew bigger and fatter...hence didn't want fat stubby fingers to develop...
Anyway, did a lil' research myself and even asked my anatomy professor abt it. SO yea....

When you pop or crack a joint, you stretch the joint capsule. Gas is rapidly released, which forms bubbles. In order to crack the same knuckle again, you have to wait until the gases return to the synovial fluid. Hhahaa.....did u know that???
