* I'm so gonna miss my instructor - Steve! He's such a rare gem! Truly one in a million. A person who goes an extra mile to guide me thru it all the way. Thanxs. Will be missing you!

Either it's my day today or I'm seriously being blessed by the one above!
Maybe it's a sympathy thing to make up for the crappy and shitty feeling due to my back pain.

Mr. Coffee Guy surprised me today with a nice large cup of coffee with 5 extra shots for FREE!
He even had it personally delivered to me coz I was busy doing my Health Awareness Week promotion thingy.

I love my coffee nice and strong.
Sometimes it just makes your day when someone surprises you,
especially when u least expected it - even with a cup of coffee!
